The problem
At a two-day conference, more is said than anyone can remember, and almost all of it disappears once the room empties. Organizers spend months picking speakers and topics, but afterwards they have no record and no time to listen back to hours of recordings. Attendees can only be in one room at a time.
The solution
A laptop in each room records every session, following the agenda. For each session Skript produces a full transcript by speaker, with topics, key messages and quotes. The organizer gets ready material for social posts, newsletters and sponsor reports, and sees what the audience actually cared about when planning the next edition. Attendees scan one QR code, with no app and no account, pick a topic and their role in three taps, and get notes written for them, including for sessions they missed. After the event, one recap page lets them ask about any session. Skript runs alongside the event app the organizer already uses.
Results
Skript was first used live at the Startup Revolution AI Summit in Skopje: 2 rooms, 2 days, 64 sessions, more than 80 speakers, 24.7 hours of talks and over 219,000 spoken words. All 64 sessions got a full transcript and summary. One finding from the recap: the most spoken word at the AI summit was "people" (767 times), not "AI" (670).
